Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for both defective and non-defective parts. Items must be returned in the same condition they were supplied.

For change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered parts, a 20% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return postage.

For parts that are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges are not accepted. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the returned item has been inspected.
